This offering memorandum was designed showcasing The Pearl Apartments. The Pearl is a luxury apartment complex in downtown Tampa. Our team wanted to highlight our offerings with a modern look and feel.
I started this project off by creating a brand look and feel from The Pearls existing brand on their website. The Pearl’s aesthetic can be characterized by clean lines, simple color palette, color blocking, and modern font choices.
Using their typical brand vision, I started creating the OM’s overall layout and graphic elements.
