The For the Lake Maggiore Apartments project in St. Petersburg, Florida, I designed a comprehensive offering memorandum that seamlessly integrated with the property's established brand identity while effectively showcasing this multifamily investment opportunity. I carefully adapted their existing brand elements including color palette, typography, and visual language, maintaining brand consistency while elevating the presentation for an investment audience.

I coordinated on-site photography to capture the property’s highlights, then curated and edited the final selection of images to create a compelling visual narrative that would resonate with potential investors. For the document design, I developed a sophisticated layout system organizing financial data, market analysis, and property features in an intuitive flow. I created custom infographics translating complex information into accessible visual formats while balancing visual appeal with clear information hierarchy to support investor decision-making.
