For the Somerset Bay Home Community project in Spring Hill, Florida, I designed a comprehensive offering memorandum that established a new custom brand identity while effectively showcasing this residential investment opportunity. I created a completely new brand including a custom logo, distinctive color palette, and typography system. I developed these brand elements specifically to appeal to the target investment audience while reflecting the community's unique character and value proposition.

For the document design, I developed a sophisticated layout system organizing financial data, market analysis, and property features in an intuitive flow. I created custom infographics translating complex information into accessible visual formats while balancing visual appeal with clear information hierarchy to support investor decision-making. Throughout the document, I implemented the newly created brand elements consistently, establishing a strong visual foundation that could extend beyond the offering memorandum to other marketing materials.

The final offering memorandum successfully launched Somerset Bay Home Community's new brand identity while delivering a professional, investment-grade document that effectively communicated the property's value proposition in the competitive Florida residential market.
