BWBR has a long-standing tradition of reaching out to our clients, consultants, and vendors with a high-touch material physical mailing that gives them something to look forward to. For this Summer Holiday Card, we decided to incorporate the celebration of BWBR turning 100. In addition to this celebration theme, we also partnered with plantables a company that uses recycled materials to create compostable and plantable seed paper. We used this for our confetti pieces to remain environmentally conscious. Our hope was that others would enjoy the celebration of summer, and also have a fun activity to do with family and friends by planting their seed paper.
The final mailed piece that was mailed out was a card with our 100 year logo cut out on the front revealing the confetti seed paper colors on the inside.
In total, we sent 3,400 mailed pieces. These were mailed out to our clients, partners, current and former employees in our primary markets of health care, higher education, workplace, and high-tech throughout the Midwest. The card successfully engaged with all as we heard from many of them, via email or calls, about how the card brought a smile to their faces and they were able to plant the seed paper as a fun summer activity.
